Free Function Room Hire
We offer free function room hire for most events. For busy dates and larger bookings, a minimum bar spend credit may be required to secure your date. This helps us keep the room hire free while making sure bookings are genuine.
How Our Bar Spend Credit Works
Fair, friendly, and used at the bar — not an extra charge.
For selected bookings, we ask for a minimum bar spend credit to secure your date. This is not a room hire fee. The credit is used towards drinks at the bar during your event. Any unused credit is not refundable and no change will be given. If your booking is cancelled late or you do not attend, the credit may be lost.
Booking Times & Changeovers
To make sure every event is clean, organised and ready on time, we do not normally accept back-to-back function bookings without a reset period. Daytime bookings usually run from 12pm to 5pm, and evening bookings usually start from 6:30pm. This gives us time to clean, reset and prepare the venue properly. Guests may be welcome to stay for drinks after their event, but reserved areas must be cleared if another booking is due to start.
